The things venue owners want to know before they sign up.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Getting listed on Get In is free and always will be, and no card is required to sign up. You only need payment details if you choose a paid plan, and you can start free and upgrade whenever you want to.
How long does approval take?
We review every new listing within 48 hours. We check that the venue is genuinely family-friendly and that the details and photos are accurate. This is what keeps parents trusting the platform.
Can I change or cancel my plan later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are charged pro-rata for the current period. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep what you paid for.
Can I pay to get the Gold badge?
No, and that is deliberate. The Gold badge is earned automatically by venues averaging 4.7 stars or higher across at least 10 parent reviews. No plan can buy it, and paid placement never changes your rating or hides a review.
What happens if a payment fails?
Your listing stays live and we email you. You get a 7-day grace period before we try again. If the second attempt also fails the listing is hidden from parents (never deleted) and goes straight back up as soon as you add a working payment method.
